Online Registration Instructions

Registering for SonQuest is a straightforward process. Here are the steps you will complete:

  1. Attendee Count -- on the first form you will be asked to enter the number of attendees you are registering broken out by their type and t-shirt size. Once you have entered the quantities, click the "Submit" button to continue.
  2. Registration Cart -- Based on your entries in the previous step, your "Registration cart" will be automatically populated. On this screen you can make quantity adjustments, add, or remove registration items. When you are satisfied with what is in your cart, click the "Checkout" button to continue.
  3. Login/Create Account -- Before you can checkout, you must have an account in our system.
    • If you have already created an account this year, enter your Username and Password and then click the "Log in" button.
    • If you have not yet created an account this year, click the "Create new account" link. On the 'My account" screen, fill out all the fields required for creation of your account. When the form is complete, click the "Create new account" button.
  4. Registration Checkout -- The checkout screen will be displayed. You can review the contents from your registration cart, and then proceed with the required check-out information. On this screen you must fill in your name, address, and payment method. When the form is complete, click the "Review order" button to continue.
  5. Registration Review -- The "Review order" screen is your last chance to make sure everything has been entered correctly. If there are any errors, please press the "Back" button and make the necessary change before proceeding. If your registration information is correct, then click the "Submit order" button to complete your SonQuest Conference Registration.
    IMPORTANT: Your order is not complete until you click the "Submit order" button. Be sure to click the "Submit order" button before closing your browser or visiting any other web page!
    • If you are paying by check, please print a copy of this page to enclose with your check. If you forget to print your order summary now, you can access it in the future by logging in and clicking the "Click here to view your order history" link.
  6. Registration Complete -- This page confirms that your order has been received by our system. In addition, you are provide with links to review your order history and to return to the SonQuest home page.
