The Registration Process
Planning ahead for a group trip is no easy task. So, at SonQuest we try our best to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible. Reserving your spot for the SonQuest 2009 event is a two step process:
- Submit your Conference Registration to the SonQuest registration volunteers.
- Please use our online registration system to submit your conference registration information.
- Reserve your Hotel Accommodations by working directly with the Rosen Shingle Creek resort.
- Hotel reservations can be made by telephone by calling (407) 996-6338 or toll-free (866) 996-6338.

1) Conference Registration
Registering your attendees for the conference allows the organizing committee to make appropriate preparations. A conference registration fee is collected for each attendee. During the "early registration" time window, the registration fee is discounted for each attendee. Adult chaperones (responsible for overseeing the youth attendees in your group) also receive an additional discount for assisting us with the smooth operation SonQuest event.

2) Hotel Accommodations
The SonQuest event has negotiated special conference rates for rooms at our conference hotel: the Rosen Shingle Creek. In order to be guaranteed this special rate, you must make your hotel reservations before the hotel deadline.
